β’ 100g Dark Chocolate (β
Cup)
β’ 50g Milk Chocolate (β
Cup)
β’ 50g Golden Syrup (2 Tablespoons)
β’ 50g Margarine or Butter (3 Tablespoons)
β’ 5ml Cocoa Powder (1 Teaspoon)
β’ 125g Digestive Biscuits (1Β½ Cups), crushed
β’ 40g Raisins (ΒΌ Cup)
Ingredients for Topping π«
β’ 75g Milk Chocolate (Β½ Cup)
β’ 25g White Chocolate (2 Tablespoons)
Method π
1. Prepare tin: Line a foil tin or container with baking paper.
2. Break ingredients: Break the chocolate into pieces and crush the digestive biscuits.
3. Melt mixture: Set up a Bain Marie and melt the dark chocolate, milk chocolate, golden syrup, margarine or butter and cocoa powder together in a heatproof bowl over simmering water.
4. Combine filling: Fold in the crushed biscuits and raisins until fully coated.
5. Press mixture: Spoon the mixture into the prepared container and press down firmly using a spoon or spatula until smooth and level.
6. Prepare topping: Melt the milk chocolate and white chocolate separately using a Bain Marie.
7. Add topping: Pour the milk chocolate over the tiffin and spread evenly using a palette knife.
8. Decorate: Drizzle the white chocolate in a zigzag pattern and use a toothpick to create a decorative swirl.
9. Chill: Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until firm.
Serve: Cut into squares and enjoy.

Using some dried cherries, or orange zest or even some peanuts can make the Tiffin more exciting. You can use ingredients like coconut or use some nuts like hazelnuts.
